Akram is a business management professional with a solid academic foundation and practical experience in marketing, project management, and team leadership, I thrive on driving growth and innovation. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Makerere University Business School and have built a diverse portfolio of experiences in high-impact roles across different sectors. Currently, as Assistant Agent Manager at Pebuu Africa, I lead initiatives in agent tracking, report generation, and improving service delivery within agent banking, contributing to the company’s growth in a competitive market. Akram previously worked with NIRA where he was able to refine my project management and administrative skills and the Electoral Commission where he supported the smooth execution of elections, gaining hands-on experience in project coordination and logistics. Akram is proficient in leveraging data and communication to optimize marketing strategies, create growth opportunities, and build strong, efficient teams .
