Pebuu Academy was established to meet this demand by offering comprehensive training in financial literacy, personal branding, banking, customer management, marketing, sales and above all the skills relevant in the digital economy.

With a focus on practical, hands-on learning, we prepare participants through the Academy for key roles such as Agent Managers, Agent Supervisors, Merchant Support Supervisors, data collectors, sales executives, digital channel supervisors, and technology advisors to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). These skills play a crucial role in expanding financial services to underserved communities, ensuring greater accessibility and community economic empowerment.
