Andrew Nyombi
Non-Executive Board Member
Andrew Nyombi is a seasoned commercial and civil litigation attorney with expertise in employment law, taxation, and personal injury. Admitted to the U.S. Tax Court, he has successfully argued high-stakes federal litigation, setting precedents, including in employment background reporting (Maiteki v. Marten Transportation Ltd). With experience at the U.S. Department of Justice and Uganda’s Supreme Court, he blends global legal perspectives. A Georgetown Law graduate, he is a member of multiple U.S. district courts and the U.S. Supreme Court bar. Beyond law, he enjoys travel and nature appreciation, reflecting a well-rounded worldview.
