Tumwine Arthur is a results-driven professional currently serving as a Backoffice Support Supervisor at Pebuu. With a strong foundation in administrative operations and digital process management, he thrives on improving back end systems to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.

He brings hands-on experience from working with key government institutions such as the Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) and the Uganda Registration Services Bureau (URSB)—experiences that honed his skills in information handling, process optimization, and public sector service delivery.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Office and Information Management from Makerere University Business School (MUBS), where he developed a strong grounding in organizational systems, ICT in management, and administrative best practices. Passionate about building efficient support structures that empower front-line service delivery and business growth.
