Esther is a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Assistant. She started her journey at Pebuu as the Operations Administrator and later promoted to Finance Assistant. Esther has a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Psychology from Makerere University. She has three years of hands-on experience in administrative roles within private sector settings, excelling in office management, process coordination, and operational efficiency. Prior to joining Pebuu Limited, Esther worked with Amagara Skincare, where she honed her skills in administrative support, workflow optimization, and stakeholder coordination. She is passionate about creating seamless operational structures, enhancing workplace efficiency, and fostering productive team environments. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, Esther is committed to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting organizational success in the Finance department.
