Gertrude is a seasoned Human Resource Specialist with an MBA in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science. She currently leads Pebuu’s Human Resource and Administration Department, bringing extensive expertise in HR management across international organizations and the private sector. Gertrude is well-versed in modern HR practices, administration, HRIMS, and general management. She has a strong background in national and international talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, policy development, rewards and recognition, and employee data management. Before joining Pebuu, she worked with global organizations such as the United Nations, Norwegian Refugee Council, SNV, Finance Trust Bank, Letshego, and Akvo International. Additionally, she has contributed to various donor-funded projects, including those supported by USAID, DFID, UNICEF, UNHCR, NORCAP, and the EU. Gertrude’s diverse experience makes her a valuable asset in driving HR strategy, operational excellence, and workforce development at Pebuu.
